SHIPPING & RETURNS

We want you to absolutely love what you get from us. This page explains how we ship, how returns work, and what to do if something goes sideways.
WHERE WE SHIP
We ship within the United States only — all 50 states, DC, and U.S. territories served by USPS and UPS. We do not currently ship internationally.
HOW WE SHIP
We use USPS and UPS, depending on the size and weight of your order and what's most cost-effective for you. Shipping options and rates appear at checkout based on your address.
HOW LONG IT TAKES
Most orders ship within 2 to 5 business days. You'll get a tracking email when your order goes out. Once your package is with the carrier, delivery times depend on the carrier and your location, and are not guaranteed.
If we cannot ship within the timeframe shown at checkout, or within 30 days if no timeframe is shown, we will reach out with an updated estimate and give you the option to wait or cancel for a refund.
IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST, LATE, OR DAMAGED
Once we hand your order to the carrier, the carrier owns the journey. But if something goes wrong — your tracking is stuck, your package is marked delivered but you don't have it, or it arrives damaged — please email us at sales@stoneymountainfarm.com. We will work with you and the carrier to find a fair resolution. Photos of damaged packages or contents are very helpful when you reach out.
RETURNS
We want you to love our products, but if something is not right, we are happy to help.
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging where applicable. Please hold on to your order confirmation as proof of purchase.
To start a return, email us at sales@stoneymountainfarm.com with your order number and what you would like to return. We will reply with instructions on where to send it. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or we made an error.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear in your account within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS
If an item arrives defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, we will always make it right — no matter how long ago you bought it. Email us at sales@stoneymountainfarm.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will replace it, refund it, or work out something that works for you.
ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
Lip balms, soaps, and other personal-care items that have been opened or used.
Items marked "Final Sale" or "As Is" at the time of purchase.
CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel an order, email us as soon as possible at sales@stoneymountainfarm.com. If your order has not yet shipped, we can cancel and refund it. If it has already shipped, you can return it once it arrives following the regular return process.
