Free admission. All are welcome.
Come see where your wool comes from.
Stoney Mountain Farm is proud to be a stop on the 2026 CFSA Piedmont Farm Tour. For two days, we're opening our gates and inviting you to walk our 56 acres, meet the animals, explore the Wool House, and see firsthand how a small heritage wool farm works.
Whether you've been a customer for years or you've never set foot on a farm, this is your chance to connect with the land, the sheep, and the people behind the products. Bring the family, bring friends, bring a lawn chair and a sense of curiosity.
Good to know
Hours. Gates open at 12:00 PM and close at 4:00 PM on Saturday, April 25 and Sunday, April 26. Come one day or both.
Admission. Free.
What to wear. This is a working farm — wear boots or sturdy shoes and dress for the weather. We'll be outside rain or shine, so bring a rain jacket just in case.
Parking. Free on-site parking. Follow the signs from Old Stoney Mountain Rd.
Kids. Absolutely welcome. There will be a few outdoor activities for little ones, plus the lambs are their own entertainment. Just keep an eye on small children around the animals.
Dogs. We love dogs, but for the safety of our livestock, please leave pets at home.
