The only complaint we ever get about the dryer balls is the dog or cat steals them or they get lost in a sheet, shirt, and various other hiding places. Our Mega Wool Balls will assist with the "lost dryer ball" syndrome and we feel do twice the work. Each ball is made exactly the same, just twice as much wool. The size, 4.5"-5" in diameter. The idea actually came about from a customer that owned commercial laundry businesses and wanted to be more earth friendly. Certainly the large commercial units would need something larger. So, we made them to his specifications. We liked them so much we decided to offer them to our home users.

Why?
Our wool Dryer Balls are felted from 100% wool. We use only wool grown on our farm and other small pre-qualified farms. Using wool from our farm and other farms that meet our standards enables us to offer a much higher quality control. We can safely say, "no chemicals, no dyes...just natural, humanely raised wool"
We proudly reach out to our community, working with folks trying to make ends meet. We have stay at home moms wanting to contribute to the family budget, some in between jobs, others that have had tragic circumstances. Regardless of why, we've grown to a wonderful cottage industry of folks making each ball by hand, with love and care.
Lastly but just as importantly, we are supporting the US wool farmers! Although the wool industry in the USA is small in comparison, we are mighty. As US wool farmers we raise healthy sheep that produce beautiful healthy wool. We are committed to the sheep and the US sheep farmers!
I had a customer once squeeze some of our yarn and reply, "healthy sheep". The two go hand in hand.
**Our packaging also follows our eco-friendly philosophy. Our bag is made from 100% wood pulp and is bio-degradable and our tags are made with post consumer paper and soy inks, also biodegradable. It costs us a bit more up front but we sleep better at night knowing we're doing everything we can to make Mother Earth smile!
